Landlord Safety Inspections
New legisation coming into force later this year means that Landlords will be legally required to have their rental properties inspected by an electrician every 5 years.
This will initially apply to new tenancies starting on or after 1st July 2020 and will extend to exisiting tenancies from 1st April 2021. Landlords can comply with this new legislation by having us complete and Electrical Installation Condition Report.

In this inspection we will visually check and test every circuit installed in the home. You will then receive a detailed report proving you have complied with the government legistation.

If there are any safety recommendations or urgent upgrades required, we will note these on the report and provide a quote to bring the property to a safe standard.
