INSPECTING AND TESTING
We are fully qualified to conduct a whole range of tests and inspections to your electrical installation.

Looking to buy a house? Have us conduct an Electrical Homebuyer Report so you know exactly what you're buying. We will test every cable and switch/socket to give you a full report plus a list of recommended upgrades including likely costs.

Landlords, ensure your rental properties are safe for your tenants with an Electrical Installation Condition Report. Current government guidelies are to inspect the property every 5 years or with change of tenancy.

FAULT FINDING AND REPAIR
Do you have a a faulty light switch or socket? Do you have a storage heater that has stopped working? We can trace and repair electrical faults in your property to ensure your safety.

Fuses or RCD keep tripping? This can indicate a fault in the property's wiring. We will test the circuit and locate any fault using modern and accurate test equipment. We will also try to repair the same day.
CONSUMER UNIT UPGRADES
Did you know that old consumer units offer relatively little protection in the event of an electric shock? They are also unable to contain a fire should one start in the board. We install the latest consumer units with RCD, fire and surge protection ensuring you and the items you have plugged in are safe.
FULL AND PARTIAL REWIRING
Old wiring can become damaged and corroded over time and will need to be replaced. Some houses have not had their wiring updated since the 1960s and much of that old cable can be damaged.
Have you seen green slime around your sockets and switches? This is the first indication that the insulation in the cables is starting to break down and needs to be checked by an electrician.
We can rewire any part of your property whether its a kitchen, bathroom, shop floor or the entire building.
ADDITIONAL SOCKETS AND LIGHTING
Older houses never have enough sockets. We can add extra sockets to each room of your house so you can get rid of all those extension leads.

We can hide cables behind walls to give the impression your wall-mounted TV is floating.

We will brighen up your room with modern LED fittings or stylish mood lighting. We are able to retrofit kitchen cabinet lighting to illuminate work areas or add automatic lighting to cupboards. We can also connect your lighting to Amazon Alexa or Google Home so you have full control from wherever you are.
